Guest House Elite
When considering Guest House insurance it is important to make sure you’ve got the cover in place that can keep your
business trading after an insured incident. A good package of cover can do a lot more than merely comply with the
insurance you’re required to have by law, it can actually keep the business running when times get tough, following a loss.
For your contents sum insured the policy offers three levels of cover:
Bronze up to £60,000
Silver up to £90,000
Gold up to £120,000
To take advantage of the extremely competitive premiums and excellent cover offered under the Guest House Elite policy certain criteria are required:
- The property must be of standard construction and in a good state of repair.
- Your buildings sum insured must be less than £1 million.
- The number of bedrooms in your property must be 15 or less in total
(private and letting).
- Facilities must NOT be open to non-residents.
- Your business description is Guest House and there are no
self-catering facilities available on the premises.
The Lakeland Insurance Services Guest House Elite policy is underwritten by NIG Insurance, a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland.
